Knowledge of wooden door installation

First find out the door cover and vertical plate, and align the joint according to the back number. The stope shall be on the same plane and glue shall be applied to the interface.

Knowledge of wooden door installation:

1. installation conditions

(1) The installation method of reserved opening must be adopted for wooden door, and it is strictly forbidden to install side to side laying.

(2) The wooden door can only be installed after the installation of the floor works (such as floor tiles and stones) of the opening, and after the wall putty is scraped and polished (the wall should be pasted with wall brick and stone, all the holes at the hole must be completely pasted to the side of the opening).

(3) The humidity of wall at the installation opening is less than 25%, and if the humidity is more than 25%, the moisture-proof insulation layer shall be well done on the wall.

(4) The installation site is clean and tidy without disorder and cross operation.

2. Install tools hammer, carpenter hammer, planer, flat file, fine tooth saw (steel saw), screwdriver, angle ruler, tape, wire hammer, horizontal ruler, electric drill, hole opener, stamp, drill of corresponding specification.

3. Installation materials: iron sheet connectors, 60 nails, 25 and 20 tapping screws, 502 glue, towel or cotton yarn, wood cutting, small wood strip, pig hair brush, foam, milk white glue, door lock, hinge, door suction, wall moisture resistant material.

Installation sequence of wooden door:

1. Assemble the door cover.

First find out the door cover and vertical plate, and align the joint according to the back number. The stope shall be on the same plane and glue shall be applied to the interface.

2. Install the door cover.

Put the assembled door cover into the door hole as a whole, fix the door cover around with small wooden bars. Both sides of the door cover shall be on the same plane with the wall. Then check whether the door cover is vertical to the ground, whether the two angles of the door cover roof and the two vertical plates are right angles, whether the door sleeve vertical plate is bent, twist the iron sheet at both ends to cover the wall.

3. Install the door leaf.

Open the hinge slot first, and the distance between the hinge slot and the two ends of the door leaf is 1/10 of the height of the door leaf.

4. Install the door lock.

After installation, check whether the door leaf and door lock switch are flexible, whether the reserved joints are flexible and whether the reserved joints conform to the specifications.

5. Install the door cover wire.

Cut the door sleeve line with right angle into 45 degree angle, trim with carpenter planer, insert the right angle edge into the door sleeve groove, and stick the door sleeve line and door cover board firmly with floor glue.

6. Install the door suction in the corresponding position.

When installing wooden door, check whether all parts of wooden door are complete, whether the dimensions of each part are correct, and whether the corresponding position of each set of doors is consistent with the door opening rule.
